Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right next to the Opera House of Paris and within walking distance of iconic Paris sights. However, the room provided was different from the one we booked, and the view was quite restricted. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, though noise outside the room was a drawback.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was very small and almost claustrophobic. Although it was clean, the view was restricted, and it wasn't the one we originally wanted.

The service here was excellent. The staff went out of their way to assist us and were very friendly and helpful.
Location

The hotel's location was truly amazing. It's next to the Opera House of Paris and a short walk to the Louvre museum and other key Paris attractions. The proximity to various restaurants, shops, and sights was a major plus.
Dining

The dining option was simple yet convenient, but the limited space at Brioche Doree was a bit of a downside.
Facilities

The hotel is located in a quiet area near the Louvre and Opera Garnier, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The rooms are beautifully decorated but look outdated compared to the website pictures. The central heating ensures a warm night's sleep, though.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms, with a nice, modern bathroom, were clean but appeared old-fashioned compared to the online images. However, they were beautifully decorated and centrally heated, providing a cozy environment at night.
Service
8.0
The service was generally helpful and friendly, with the exception of a slightly unwelcoming check-in experience in the afternoon. The staff, particularly housekeeping and the welcome drink service, were professional and welcoming overall.
Location
9.0
The location is ideal for visiting the Louvre and Opera, situated in a quiet area with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby. The presence of kind reception staff enhances the welcoming atmosphere.
Dining
5.0
While breakfast options were limited and self-service on my last morning, the dining experience was pricey and not particularly appealing.
Facilities
Pricey dining was a negative aspect, while the central location close to tourist attractions was a major positive highlight.

The hotel is in an amazing location, next to the Opera House of Paris and within a short walk to the Louvre museum and other significant sights. The rooms are modern, stylish, and comfortable, though slightly small for those with multiple suitcases. The service was superb overall, with helpful staff, except for one individual. The location is superb, providing easy access to key landmarks and amenities. The dining options are limited and a bit pricey, with some aspects falling short.

The hotel room was small as expected, but not too bad. We had a view in the back of the utility rooms, making it quite small, especially the bathroom without a bath. Despite that, it was a very comfortable room.

Rooms
7.0
The room was cozy and comfortable, although on the smaller side. The bathroom lacked a bath, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it provided a comfortable stay.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent. The staff were easy to communicate with and even sent a text on the day of our arrival to coordinate our check-in time. They were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, although there was some noise outside our room.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was off the beaten path, making it quiet but accessible to many attractions. It was great being close to the Louvre and d'Orsay museums, as well as tour pick-up areas, stores, and restaurants. The hotel's setting in the heart of the opera district provided a very quiet environment despite the central location.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was okay, with a basic breakfast that was self-service. The offerings were decent, including fresh fruits, muesli, cheese, ham, yogurt, and sweet bread, but the value for the price paid was questionable.
Facilities
Amenities and services provided were satisfactory, enhancing the overall experience.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel for my daughter's girly birthday trip. The room was nice and big, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and clean, and having a bath was a real lifesaver with a 2-year-old in tow. It was a joy to have a room with a view looking across the rooftops to Sacre Coeur, even if it was smaller than typical Parisian rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly, although the dining experience was a bit underwhelming. The location was perfect - not noisy, off the beaten path but still close to everything we wanted to see. Overall, a wonderful experience filled with memorable moments.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, right next to the Opera House of Paris and within a short walk to the Louvre museum and other significant sights. The room, although small, was clean and provided enough space for a solo traveler. The only downside was the 'attic' roof design that intruded a bit into the room, and the shower area was tiny.

Rooms

The room was very clean and at an amazing location, next to the Opera House of Paris. It was small but had enough space for staying alone.
Service
